Trade Terms for natural, organic dog shampoo and conditioner
- We invoice all new trade accounts on a pro forma basis, meaning payment is required before we dispatch your order. This is standard practice for new supplier relationships and helps us keep our prices competitive.
- After two completed orders, we are happy to offer Net 30 terms — giving you 30 days from the invoice date to settle payment. We will confirm this in writing when your account qualifies.
Minimum orders
- We have no minimum order requirement for new accounts — we want to make it easy for you to try our products with your customers.
DELIVERY
- We offer free local delivery to stockists within our area. For orders further afield, we dispatch via courier and charge postage and packaging at cost — we will confirm the shipping charge before processing your order so there are no surprises.
Damaged or incorrect goods
- We take pride in our products and packaging. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will put it right promptly.
